At the POLIPLASTIC Group stand, visitors to the YUGAGRO 2024 exhibition can see the MULTIKLIN AGRO polymer pipe for outdoor installation of irrigation systems
The products were created and launched into production in 2022, received a gold medal at the Golden Autumn 2022 exhibition and a Diploma from the Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation. MULTIKLIN AGRO pipes are made entirely from domestic raw materials and have no analogues on the Russian market.
The inner layer of the pipes is made of natural-colored PE100 polyethylene. The outer layer of white color made of a special heat- and light-stabilized composition provides protection of the pipes from exposure to sunlight and heating during operation. This increases the service life of external irrigation networks, unlike pipelines made of black polyethylene, which is subject to destruction under prolonged exposure to sunlight.
The products are especially in demand in the southern regions of Russia.
In 2023, specialists from the POLIPLASTIC Group developed an “Album of standard design solutions for the design of irrigation systems based on MULTIKLIN AGRO pipes”, which received a positive review from the Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution “All-Russian Research Institute of Irrigation Systems and Agricultural Water Supply “Raduga”.
Several methods are used to connect these pipes, which allows farmers to choose the optimal method depending on the conditions of the installation work.
For example, installation using the MULTICLEAN AGROKRAB method involves the delivery of pipes with pre-pressed fittings to the construction site. This helps build mobile melioration systems that can be assembled on site, disassembled and moved to another location in a short time.
Construction of irrigation networks using the external laying method with the use of MULTIKLIN AGRO polymer pipes allows for a significant reduction in labor costs, installation costs and time due to the absence of the need for excavation work.
