Meet Key Agricultural Decision-Makers

Company executives, procurement specialists, engineers, and agronomists—we explore who makes up YUGAGRO's audience and why it's important for participants.

The YUGAGRO exhibition attracts not a random stream of visitors, but a professional audience with clear objectives, industry profiles, and an interest in specific product areas. For participating companies, this is a key factor in its effectiveness: not only the number of visitors is important, but also who exactly comes to the booth, what problems they are solving, and what solutions they are seeking.

The results of YUGAGRO 2025 allow us to take a closer look at the audience composition and understand who exhibitors in Krasnodar will be meeting.

Professional audience from Russia and other countries

Over the four days of YUGAGRO 2025, 19,763 agricultural professionals from 77 Russian regions and 40 countries made 26,671 visits to the exhibition. This growth rate confirms the high interest of the professional audience in the exhibition's exhibits and business agenda, and for participants, it means more opportunities for contacts, meetings, and follow-up negotiations throughout the event.

Moreover, the geography of visitors confirms that the exhibition is in demand both in the country's key agricultural region and far beyond.

The audience structure by geography looked like this:

  • 48% - Krasnodar Krai;
  • 50% - regions of Russia, excluding Krasnodar Krai;
  • 2% - foreign visitors.

The exhibition attracts representatives of the agricultural sector not only from traditionally strong agricultural regions but also from remote areas. In 2025, visitors included specialists from the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, Kamchatka Krai, Khabarovsk Krai, Primorye, and Amur Oblast.

For participants, this means access to a wide audience of companies operating in different natural, climatic and market conditions.

Who is YUGAGRO's audience?

Visitors to the exhibition are representatives of companies involved in the production, processing, and storage of agricultural crops, as well as suppliers of agricultural machinery, spare parts, agrochemicals, and seeds.

By type of activity in 2025, the audience was distributed as follows:

  • 41% - production, processing and storage of agricultural products;
  • 21% - supplies of agricultural machinery and spare parts;
  • 17% - supplies of agrochemical products or planting materials;
  • 5% - maintenance and repair of agricultural machinery;
  • 15% - other activities.

This audience composition demonstrates that YUGAGRO is visited not only by agricultural producers, but also by companies involved in supply, technical support, and the development of production processes in the agro-industrial complex.

Managers and specialists involved in work processes

One of the most important indicators for exhibitors is the level of attendees. The exhibition attracts both executives and business owners, as well as industry specialists who participate in evaluating solutions, selecting suppliers, and implementing products into the company's operations.

Following the results of YUGAGRO 2025, the following were among the visitors:

  • 30% - company executives and owners;
  • 14% - deputy heads;
  • 21% - heads of departments and groups;
  • 28% - managers and specialists;
  • 7% are individual entrepreneurs.

For participants, this means the opportunity to build communication on several levels at once: discuss strategic issues with management and talk specifically about product characteristics with those who work with them in practice.

What are visitors looking for at the exhibition?

The audience's composition is complemented by the purpose of their visit. A significant portion of specialists come to YUGAGRO not simply for a general overview of the market, but with practical business objectives.

In 2025:

  • 31% of visitors came looking for products and services for business;
  • 27% - for general industry information;
  • 13% - for personal interests;
  • 12% - for promoting your own products and services.

In total, 58% of the audience visited the exhibition in search of goods, services, and professional information for work.

This metric is important for understanding the quality of interaction at the stand: visitors come to the exhibition with requests for solutions to work-related problems, market analysis, supplier selection, and the exchange of practical experience.

Exhibition as a tool for repeat and targeted contacts

YUGAGRO not only attracts new visitors but also provides a format for business interaction, allowing professionals to engage for more than just one day. In 2025, the share of repeat visitors was 35% . This means that a third of the audience spent more than two days at the exhibition.

The largest number of unique visitors – 8,150 people , or 41% of the total – came on the first day of the exhibition, November 18.

For exhibitors, this is an important signal: the audience uses the exhibition as a working tool for a series of meetings, follow-up negotiations, and a more detailed examination of market offerings.

What do the survey results show?

The effectiveness of contacts at the exhibition is also confirmed by the results of a visitor survey:

  • 80% met with current suppliers and business partners;
  • 71% spoke with experts and received useful business recommendations;
  • 67% found new services and products for business;
  • 56% found new business partners and suppliers.

These data show that YUGAGRO's audience actively uses the exhibition to find solutions, communicate with the market, and develop business connections.
