Krasnodar once again became the capital of the Russian agro-industrial complex for four days
"YUGAGRO 2024" was visited by more than 19.5 thousand farmers from 79 regions of Russia: from Chukotka to Kaliningrad. Among the visitors of the exhibition were specialists of the agro-industrial complex, representing agricultural holdings, peasant farms, processing industries, grain companies, suppliers of agricultural machinery, spare parts, agrochemicals and seeds. "YUGAGRO 2024" was also visited by representatives of logistics companies, financial and IT sectors.
Among the foreign visitors were representatives of agribusiness from 40 countries, including Kazakhstan, China, India, Turkey, Serbia, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Georgia and Armenia.
According to farmers, only at YUGAGRO can you find everything for plant growing agriculture and prepare for a new production season in 4 days. Both key market players and actively developing companies participate in the exhibition. The opening ceremony of the YUGAGRO 2024 exhibition was attended by the Governor of the Krasnodar Territory Veniamin Ivanovich Kondratyev , the Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnodar Territory Yuri Aleksandrovich Burlachko , the Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Agrarian Issues Nikolai Aleksandrovich Goncharov and the General Director of IT Expo International LLC Dmitry Georgievich Zavgorodniy .

Veniamin Ivanovich Kondratyev noted during his speech that the YUGAGRO exhibition has become one of the region's calling cards. "The agro-industrial complex was, is and should be high-tech, and the exhibition contributes to this ," said the governor of Krasnodar Krai.
On the first day of YUGAGRO 2024, a cooperation agreement was signed between the Ministry of Agriculture and Processing Industry of the Krasnodar Territory and the SoyuzSemSvekla company . The agreement was signed by Fedor Ivanovich Dereka, Minister of Agriculture and Processing Industry of the Krasnodar Territory, and Roman Vladimirovich Berdnikov, General Director of SoyuzSemSvekla LLC.
In addition, on the first day, the winners of the first YugAgro Connect Awards were awarded. The winners were determined in 8 nominations. Among the awardees: Alexander Altynov , Chairman of the Board of the Association of Agricultural Machinery Dealers "Askhod" , in the nomination "Speaker of the Year", the prize for the most active social networks was received by Rostselmash , and the International School of Agribusiness became the leading company in live broadcasts on YugAgro Connect.

More than 600 companies presented their new and proven products at YUGAGRO 2024.
The exhibition occupied 4 pavilions and 3 open areas and was segmented into sections: "Agricultural machinery and spare parts", "Agrochemicals and seeds", "Equipment for storage and processing", and "Equipment for irrigation and greenhouses". The total area exceeded 65,000 sq.m.
The attention of farmers was traditionally attracted by new agricultural machinery at the Rostselmash stand , productive and high-tech equipment from CLAAS and other manufacturers at the stand of the company "Mirovaya Technika" and the latest breeding achievements in the field of corn, sunflower, sugar beet, soybeans and peas, prepared by the Russian manufacturer "ROSAGROTRADE" .

All four days of the exhibition were accompanied by a rich business program. 40 events were held, which were visited by almost 2000 delegates.
On the first day of the exhibition, the Forum "Development of Russian Agribusiness. Southern and North Caucasian Federal Districts" was held , organized by the "People's Farmer" Association. Forum participants were able to ask questions to Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Ksenia Shevelkina.
The future of agriculture, digital technologies and growth of profitability of agricultural enterprises were discussed at the conference of the Union of Industrialists PROGRESS.
On the second day of the exhibition, a meeting was held on the issue of cooperation between regional manufacturers of agricultural machinery and agricultural producers of Krasnodar Krai . The meeting was organized by the Department of Industrial Policy of Krasnodar Krai and the Ministry of Agriculture of Krasnodar Krai. During the event, such issues as the production of tillage machinery, new developments in fertilizer application machinery, localization of irrigation machine production, creation of microclimate control systems in greenhouses and vegetable storage facilities, and many others were considered.
